The 12th annual Serenbe Designer Showhouse is located in the Spela hamlet and presented by Serenbe and Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles magazine, benefitting the Decorative Arts Fellowship in partnership with the Art Farm’s Special Projects Council.
This year’s showhouse is a thoughtfully crafted cottage that blends style and function in all the right ways. Designed by Serenbe Planning and Design with interiors by Mister + Mrs Sharp and built by South Haven Builders, this warm and inviting home is tucked into Serenbe’s newest neighborhood, Spela. This elegant four-bedroom home will feature the work of over 12 talented designers and include a curated pop-up shop, making it a must-visit for anyone who loves great design.
