Luncheon with Amanda Lindroth

Feb 7, 2020
11:30 am—2:00 pm

Presented by Historic Charleston Foundation

Sponsored by ADAC, Ernest Gaspard & Associates, Fabricut, ROMO, Kravet Inc.

Join Historic Charleston Foundation for an inspiring luncheon with Amanda Lindroth who has gained an international reputation for her interior design work and resort chic style. With an early career including stints at Women’s Wear Daily and Gucci, her eye was always drawn to fashion and interiors. Upon moving to Nassau from Europe, Amanda focused on interior design, imbuing the spirit of island life into her projects. While Amanda’s style shows great respect for classical design and architecture, her love for color, creativity and the resort spirit shine through in her projects. Signature favorites, such as the use of island motifs, hand-painted palm trees and awning stripes, led to such demand for her style and decorative pieces that her Palm Beach location, Lindroth Design, was born.

In May 2019, Amanda opened her second location in Charleston, bringing her flair and whimsy to King Street. Amanda‘s design work has been widely published in House Beautiful, Southern Living, Veranda, Coastal Living and Luxe Magazine. Her first book, Island Hopping, was published by Vendome in September 2018.

A reception, sponsored by Garden & Gun magazine will begin at 11:30 AM, with the luncheon starting at noon. A book signing will follow the luncheon.
