Iconic Home Showhouse

Nov 18—24, 2020

Presented by Architectural Digest and Black Interior Design Network

Sixteen firms from across the country are lending their talents to the Iconic Home Showhouse. The Brooklyn-based firm Studio 397 Architecture is responsible for the overall architectural design, and top designers from the Southeast, including Michel Smith Boyd of SMITHBOYD Interiors, Amhad Freeman of Amhad Freeman Interiors, and Tavia Forbes and Monet Masters of Forbes + Masters, are contributing to the interiors. Taken together, their designs will form an inspiring virtual dwelling that highlights the breadth of Black design creativity. Viewers will be able to experience the space through 360-degree photorealistic renderings and an accompanying audio tour, in which the designers will give a behind-the-scenes look at their creations. The home will also be shoppable, allowing visitors to buy product directly from each room.
