The Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles and Cashiers Historical Society’s 29th Annual Cashiers Designer Showhouse returns, continuing a beloved tradition that has inspired design enthusiasts and supported the preservation of the Cashiers Valley for nearly three decades. Proceeds from ticket sales directly benefit the Cashiers Historical Society and its mission to preserve the history, heritage, and culture of the region.
This year’s Showhouse celebrates timeless mountain living through a sophisticated contemporary lens. Nestled within Cashiers Lake, a new community centered around a beautifully restored lake, the 3-bedroom, 4.5-bath cottage retreat will be transformed by an exceptional roster of interior designers from the Cashiers-Highlands Plateau, across the Southeast, and beyond. Blending regional character with innovative design, each space will offer fresh inspiration while honoring the natural beauty and spirit of the mountains.
A must-see destination for design lovers, the 2026 Cashiers Designer Showhouse showcases the creativity, craftsmanship, and vision of today’s leading design talent while supporting an important community cause.
Hours:
Monday – Saturday | 10:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Sunday | 12:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Parking:
No parking is allowed on-site. Visitors will check in and shuttle or walk from The Village Green Lewis Hall at 160 Frank Allen Rd, Cashiers, NC 28717 to the Showhouse.
Tour Information and Shuttle Schedule:
Shuttles will run every 30 minutes. The last pick-up time is 4:00 p.m., allowing adequate time to tour before the final shuttle departs from the Showhouse at 4:30 p.m.
n addition to the Showhouse, plan to visit the Events Barn, also located in Cashiers Lake. Decorated by The Summer House by Reeves, the space will host talks each day on a variety of topics related to the latest trends in home, garden, and lifestyle.
Patrons will be able to walk to the Showhouse and Events Barn. For those planning to walk, please wear comfortable walking shoes. The Showhouse is approximately a mile walk from the ticket check-in at The Village Green.
