The Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles 2026 Southeastern Designer Showhouse returns for its 11th year in Atlanta’s coveted Chastain Park neighborhood. This signature spring showcase features a newly constructed, 8,000-square-foot European transitional residence thoughtfully designed as a true forever home—one that evolves seamlessly through every stage of family life. The Showhouse brings together 19 acclaimed interior designers from across the Southeast, each infusing impeccably appointed spaces with their signature style and a fresh touch of spring.
The 2026 Southeastern Designer Showhouse benefits Solidarity Sandy Springs and is a collaborative effort led by Builder Hask Custom Homes, Architect Linda MacArthur, Landscape Architect Floralis, and Interior Specifications Designer Claudia Stimmel, with cabinetry by Morgan Creek Cabinetry.

Parking:
Parking is not allowed at the Showhouse or on Powers Ferry Road. Door-to-door shuttle transportation is available from Atlanta Realtors Center, 5784 Lake Forrest Dr NW, Atlanta, GA 30328.
There is an estimated 15-minute wait from self-parking to shuttle arrival to entrance at the Showhouse.
Only guests who have pre-purchased Showhouse tickets will be allowed to board the shuttle.
