The 2025 Home for the Holidays Designer Showhouse returns for its 17th year in the prestigious Historic Brookhaven neighborhood. Open to the public, this annual holiday tradition showcases a newly constructed 7,500-square-foot residence reimagined by 15 acclaimed interior designers, each bringing their signature style to festive, impeccably appointed rooms. Hosted by Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles and benefiting The Atlanta History Center, the Showhouse is a collaboration of talents led by builder Livingston Custom Homes, architect Linda MacArthur, landscape architect Land Plus Associates, and interior specifications by Valerie Garrett, with cabinetry by Morgan Creek Cabinetry, Dove Studio, and R. Raffine Studio through MRitalia.
Showhouse Dates & Times:
Thursday – Saturday | 10AM – 4PM
Sunday | 1 – 4PM
Closed Monday – Wednesday and Thanksgiving Day
Parking:
Parking is not allowed on-site at the Showhouse. Door-to-Door shuttle service is available from Phipps Plaza. From the intersection of Peachtree and Lenox Roads in Buckhead, Enter Phipps Plaza from the Lenox Road ramp (Phipps official address: 3500 Peachtree Rd, Atlanta, GA 30326). Park on Level P2 (height restriction: 6’5*) under Saks Fifth Avenue. Use the Court of the South escalators or elevator to reach Mall Level 1. Proceed straight ahead to the interior corridor between Fendi and the Saks Fifth Avenue entrance to wait for shuttle transportation inside the building. Shuttles are expected every 15 minutes and will have Holiday Home signage.
