Castro Design Group, in its first Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles showhouse, partnered with builder Pradera Group and Kit Castaldo Design on a soft modern home with airy spaces for daily living, intimate cocktail parties, and large gatherings year-round.
Abundant windows and over-scaled glass emphasize indoor-outdoor connectivity in grand and cozy spaces. A two-story window bank displays the main staircase, which is suspended in dramatic fashion. In the great room, 13-foot-tall bifold doors open the entire wall to the pool terrace. The study beckons with its glass-filled setting and coved ceiling.
The pool, positioned between the covered porch and family room, also serves as a decorative element in the landscape with a separate outdoor kitchen and fireside porch to complete the backyard entertaining spaces. The home also features a full basement with a lounge area, wine room, game room/golf simulator, theater, and gym which opens to a courtyard for practicing yoga on beautiful days.

Parking:
No parking is allowed on Interlochen; door-to-door Shuttle Parking is available from Chastain Horse Park, 4371 Powers Ferry Rd. NW, Atlanta, GA 30327. Two passenger vans with Showhouse signage will rotate between the Showhouse and shuttle lot from 9:30am to 4:15pm Thursdays through Saturdays and 12:30pm to 4:15pm on Sundays.
